ABOUT COMMERCIAL AGENT Brendan Jost

Brendan Jost serves as the Acquisitions & Dispositions Manager at SimonCRE. He is directly responsible for the day-to-day management of the Companys Disposition Pipeline & Investment Sales Team. Brendan was instrumental in the inception, and subsequent speedy growth, of SimonCREs in-house brokerage arm since his arrival at the company in mid-2019, Brendans Team has successfully sold out 75 SimonCRE developed assets, equating to over $200M in total dollar volume.

Prior to joining SimonCRE, Brendan served as a Retail Sales Advisor at Taylor Street Advisors, where he completed the sale of more than $20 million (totaling 130,000SF) of single and multi-tenant retail assets during his 18-month stay at the company. Brendan made his first steps into the CRE space at Sperry Commercial Global Affiliates, where he served as an Analyst before a promotion to their multifamily investment team.

Originally an aspiring professional hockey player from Kelowna, British Columbia, Brendan relocated to Arizona to obtain his Bachelors Degree in Business and Real Estate at Arizona State University and eventually his citizenship. He holds an Arizona Real Estate License, is an active member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI), and The International Council of Shopping Centers. In 2021, Brendan was recognized in the national magazine publication, Commercial Observer, in their 30 under 30 issue, showcasing the Top Young Professionals of 2021 focused in CRE sales & leasing. The following season, he was selected as a Net Lease Rising Star, and was recognized in GlobeSts 2022 Net Lease Influencer Issue.

In his free time, Brendan enjoys the outdoors, music and concerts, golf, water sports, health and fitness, and events travel with his family and friends. Brendan still plays competitive hockey in the CAHL Senior Mens league in Scottsdale, AZ.
