ABOUT COMMERCIAL AGENT Brenda Akin

Currently I live in Cape Coral, FL. My life has been a world-wind living a lot of places. I grew up in North Carolina, but have lived and traveled the world partially due to my service in the United States Air Force. After having my son, I felt it was time for me to leave the military and was Honorably Discharged. After the service, I went back to college and majored in Accounting with emphasis in Tax. I eventually moved to middle Florida for 9 years, then to Nashville, TN for 20 years as my son went to Nashville to go to college and I just could not live without him close by. I became a Real Estate Licensee while living in Florida in 1990. I continued my Real Estate Career in Nashville and went on to get my Brokers License in 2001, which ultimately lead me to open my own small real estate business. NOW, I love living back in SWFL again with my son's family less than a mile away so I can be with my two small grandsons a lot. Family is everything.
