Mr. Havlik's experience encompasses all aspects of the restaurant transaction: Landlord representation, tenant representation, sale of existing restaurant and retail businesses, build-to-suit transactions, ground leases, simple leases, sale of excess property, exclusive representation, strategic location planning and consulting.

Mr. Havlik has exclusively represented some of the nation's most prominent restaurants, retailers, and financials throughout San Diego County and Southern California.

1995 to Present: Principal, Lee & Associates

Mr. Havlik has completed real estate transactions involving restaurants totaling approximately 700,000 square feet, with combined consideration in excess of $800 Million during his real estate career.

1980 to 1995: Senior Marketing Consultant, Rancon Real Estate

Prior to becoming a Principal and Partner at Lee & Associates, Bo was a Senior Marketing Consultant with Rancon Real Estate (formerly C.W. Clark, Inc.), where he specialized in shopping center leasing, development and sales as well as a strong emphasis in transitional restaurant real estate.
