BJ Fell is a licensed California real estate broker and a Vice President of Lee & Associates, Inc. - Irvine, a full service commercial real estate company and a member of the Lee & Associates group of companies. Mr. Fell is a graduate of the University of California, Irvine and an alumni of the Men's Division I Volleyball Team where he helped them to a #1 national ranking.

Mr. Fell joined Lee & Associates in 2013 and works on a team of highly respected senior vice presidents specializing in property acquisitions on behalf of privatepublic investors and individuals, and in the sale and lease of owneruser opportunities. Craig Fitterer, Mark Jerue and BJ Fell have exclusively marketed properties for institutions such as Hill-Rom Corporation, Burke Development, Turnberry Associates, Stone Creek Company and Saddleback Associates, as well as many large and small Orange County companies. Mr. Fell has gained an acute knowledge of the South Orange County office and industrial markets and the ability to successfully market and locate opportunities for his clients.
