ABOUT COMMERCIAL AGENT Bill Coats

Prior to joining Foresite in 2018, Bill gained applicable and extensive knowledge of the restaurant industry while overseeing multiple single tenant restaurant developments. During his time at Foresite, Bill has had the unique opportunity to exclusively represent multiple Class A retail developments and has an intimate understanding of the needs of medical clientele. He also works closely with institutional investors to optimize their real estate portfolios.

Bill enjoys hunting, fishing, playing drums and spending time with his wife Kirby and their daughters Madison and Mackenzie.
