Beverly Hayes serves as a Senior Industrial Advisor for SVN | Chicago Commercial specializing in the sales and leasing of industrial property in the Chicagoland area. With several years of commercial real estate experience, Hayes has participated in numerous deals with volume in excess of half a million square feet. Her area of concentration is industrial owner-user properties, 25,000 and larger, from Chicago out to Northwest Indiana.

Prior to joining SVN, Hayes served as an Associate for Chicago Industrial Real Estate on Chicagos southwest side. At CIRE she was responsible for the lease, sublease, purchase and sale of industrial properties, as well as consulting on environmental issues and zoning.
