ABOUT COMMERCIAL AGENT Bailey Aivars

Bailey has fifteen years of residential and commercial real estate experience. She joined NAI Wisinski from Bradley Company where she was responsible for managing transactions and prospects and coordinating the office marketing efforts along with daily administrative duties. Bailey is a licensed real estate salesperson, which has given her an administrative edge, and has yielded higher levels of productivity.

Prior to working at Bradley Company, Bailey worked for Prudential Preferred, Realtors (now known as Berkshire Hathaway Home Services) for four years where she oversaw administrative duties in two Southwest Michigan locations. Before Prudential, Bailey spent time as a settlement services professional at Metropolitan Title Company.

Outside of her professional life, Bailey enjoys spending time with her close friends and family, gardening, puzzling, and running with her beloved Australian Shepherd, Georgia.
