ABOUT COMMERCIAL AGENT Ashley Rhea

Prior to brokerage she worked in sales for Brass Media and in multiple retail and office environments including McGrath's Fish House, Gap Inc, Thriftway Grocery and State Farm Insurance. Her preceding work helped to build a solid work ethic based on one simple code doing the right thing for her customers and clients. She is never shy to offer her objective opinion and strives to provide the highest level of expertise in every transaction and conversation she is involved in. Ashley is the oldest of Craig Barnard's four children and thus grew up in the commercial real estate world asking Craig at a young age why isn't there a gas station on that corner' as the family drove by a desolate lot on a busy intersection. She thrives on being the expert on the local markets and never leaving a stone un-turned. In 2008 she decided to follow her life long passion and join Craig at Barnard Commercial. Over the years she has been integral in evolving Barnard Commercial with new technology and has completed many lease and sale transactions for national companies, family operations and local start ups.

The family motto has always been work hard play hard', and that's exactly what they do. She and her husband Jerry have two young daughters and enjoy sharing their passions as a family traveling, skiing, camping and gardening. Prior to having her second daughter Ashley coached for the Lakeridge high school alpine ski racing team for 5 years. She also has a fine arts business where she specializes in acrylic paintings.
