ABOUT COMMERCIAL AGENT Alison Horbach

Alison specializes in retail tenant landlord representation, investment sales, and development. She has provided site selection services and deployment strategies for brands such as Sephora, Gap, Uncle Giuseppes, F21 Red, Panera, Bed Bath & Beyond, Banfield, DXL and others in New Jersey and works with brands such as Kura Sushi, Veterinary Emergency Group, and Kids Empire in the south west Florida markets. Alison has engaged agency agreements with many institutional ownership entities such as Prudential, Kushner, Urban Edge and Kimco, as well as local and regional ownership on the leasing of existing and new development retail projects.

Alison has spent her career in the retail real estate world and acted as Vice President for Ripco Real Estates New Jersey office for the preceding nine years before relocating to Sarasota Florida with her family in March of 2020. In years prior she represented owners and developers with firms; Terranova based in Miami Fl, Stiles development in Fort Lauderdale, and Levin Management in North Plainfield, NJ. During this tenure, she was responsible for the leasing and oversight of numerous grocery-anchored, mixed use, and power centers throughout New Jersey and Florida. Alison is licensed as a Broker- Associate in New Jersey and Florida and Real Estate Salesperson in New York and is currently pursuing her CCIM designation.
