With experience as both a landlord and tenant representative, Alexander has worked on and closed hundreds of urban deals which allows him to understand what makes buildings and retail thrive!
Alexander assists retailers in finding the best locations for their business in Texas as well as other states. Working with restaurants and fitness centers has been a focus of Alexander's career over the years. He has also completed many transactions for Grocers, QSRs. Daycare Centers, and Medical Facilities.
Mr. Hill brings unique skills and expertise to the Texas commercial market with a focus on retail leasing and building sales.
Retail leasing has allowed for incredible opportunities to meet business owners and assist them with their expansion. Understanding a tenant's needs when it comes to customer demographics and locations allows me to learn quickly, build relationships and add value by advising businesses in their growth.
Living and working in Austin allows me to be in the heart of the city's culture. Assisting businesses and restaurants that serve the local communities has given me great purpose in what I do.
