ABOUT COMMERCIAL AGENT Adam Butler GWP

Adam joined the NAI Greywolf team first as an intern back in 2022 and recently became an Associate Advisor on the team. While he has assisted with all property types, Adam's focus is on retail properties, where he assists landlords and tenants in both leasing and sales in the greater Milwaukee area.

Prior to becoming an advisor, Adam assisted the brokerage team with a variety of tasks including analyzing quarterly market statistics, assisting with research and prospecting. Through this work, Adam knew he wanted to become an advisor as part of the team and completed his license while attending school and interning. Adam's dedication to the work he does, as well as putting his clients first, is one that serves him well.

A graduate of the University of Wisconsin Milwaukee, Adam holds a degree in marketing.

When he's not working, Adam enjoys spending time in downtown Milwaukee, especially trying new restaurants, or watching a game, whether it be the NHL, NFL or MLB.
