To get your property ready to sell, you will sign your half of a
sale contract and submit your property information to MyEListing so we can
get a title commitment from a title company. After approval, you will
be contacted by one of our team members who will assist in getting your
listing

For Buyers
Once you find a property you want to buy, you will click “Buy Now”
within the listing. You will have a few questions to answer, and the
contract to sign, which has already been signed by the seller.
After you approve and sign, the title company will reach out for you to sign closing docs.
After you have signed closing docs, you will send
the full purchase price currency to coinbase, who will send the proceeds to the title company.

Closing the Deal
Both parties will be prompted to schedule a meeting with the title
company to sign closing docs via an online video meeting.
Once signing is done by both parties, the title company will send the seller their cash in US dollars, or crypto,
and transfer title to the buyer.
